Michael Civitano is a Medicare Specialist and Regional Sales Manager. Michael is a key part of Emerald\u2019s commitment to excellence, actively collaborating with Mark and the team to deliver high-quality solutions to hundreds of clients. Michael has a history in managerial leadership and operations development across numerous organizations, graduating cum laude from Muhlenberg College and joining Emerald\u2019s team in 2020. Michael has been trained directly by Mark and supports clients with sales, plan comparisons, their coverage questions, the enrollment process, and IRMAA. Michael is blessed to be part of Emerald\u2019s continued growth and to witness the company\u2019s milestones and successes.<\/p>\n

Personal Background<\/strong><\/p>\n

When not working, you can find Michael furthering his passion for the arts. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts at the University of New Orleans, writing his thesis on vocal anatomy and pedagogy. He enjoys managing his private vocal studio, being in theatre productions, and music directing various ensembles. Michael returns to Rockland often and to his primary residence in Hopewell Junction NY to visit his brother, parents, dog, and childhood home.<\/p>\n
