Michele Horton is our Medicare Operations Manager. She has been with the company since 2018 and has watched Emerald Medicare grow leaps and bounds over the years! She has a long career background in administrative, accounting, medical billing and now specializes in Medicare. She assists our clients all-yearlong with their billing, IRMAA, Medicare application process, and plan coverage questions as well as working with our team to ensure our clients\u2019 needs are being met with top-notch customer service. She also works closely with Mark Brownstein on marketing initiatives and event coordination. Through Emerald Medicare\u2019s dedication to education, she has learned so much about Medicare and has fine-tuned her skills to better assist our clients everyday with knowledge, positive attitude and a smile!<\/p>\n
Personal Background<\/strong>
Michele currently resides in Tomkins Cove with her husband, two children and their spunky kitty Fester! She loves to volunteer in her community whenever possible and serves on the PTA elementary school board for over 8 years.
